Most major U.S. cities, Sacramento included, are claiming to have a major stake in the race to become a clean energy hub. Readers of our Green Business publication, inserted in today’s newspaper, will note, perhaps not surprisingly, a claim that “Sacramento is in the top five in attracting clean technology businesses,” competing with Austin, Texas; Portland, Ore.; Seattle; Boston; and the Bay Area.
